E-invoicing
PEPPOL
PEPPOL (Pan-European Public Procurement OnLine) is a standardised network that lets businesses and public bodies exchange electronic documents — most commonly invoices — directly between their software, without email or PDF.
Each participant has a unique PEPPOL ID and connects through a certified Access Point. When you send a PEPPOL invoice, it travels as structured UBL XML (the EN 16931 / PEPPOL BIS Billing 3.0 format) and lands straight in the recipient's accounting system, already typed and validated.
In Belgium, structured e-invoicing over PEPPOL becomes mandatory for B2B from 1 January 2026. Eurobillr is a registered PEPPOL Access Point, so you can register your ID and send compliant invoices in minutes.
