Eurobillr uses cookies and similar storage technologies to make the service work, to keep You signed in, and — only with Your consent — to understand how the product is used so that we can improve it. This page explains what we set and how You can change Your mind.
1. Strictly necessary
These cookies are required for the service to function. They cannot be turned off without breaking core features such as logging in or submitting a form. Under the EU ePrivacy Directive they do not require prior consent.

2. Optional — analytics
If You click Accept all in the cookie banner we may set first-party analytics cookies to measure aggregated, anonymised usage (page views, feature adoption, error rates). We configure analytics with IP truncation and short retention. We do not share this data with advertising networks.
Until You consent, no optional analytics cookies are set. If You select Reject optional the banner closes and only strictly-necessary cookies remain.
3. Marketing cookies
We currently do not use third-party marketing or advertising cookies. If we add any in the future we will update this page and ask for fresh consent before they activate.
4. Local storage and similar
The application also uses Your browser's local storage for non-tracking preferences such as Your sidebar collapse state, dark-mode toggle, and the last-used dashboard tab. These are technical preferences scoped to Your device and are not shared with us.
5. How to manage Your choice
- Click Manage cookies at any time to reopen the banner and change Your consent.
- Block or delete cookies in Your browser settings — the service may still set strictly-necessary cookies on the next request.
- For workspace-wide settings or to ask questions, write to privacy@eurobillr.com.
6. Camera, microphone and file permissions
These are not cookies, but Your browser may ask permission when You scan a receipt or upload a document. The permission applies only to that page session and we do not retain the raw camera stream. See the Privacy Policy for details.
7. Updates
We may update this Cookie Policy as the product evolves. Material changes are highlighted in the cookie banner so You can re-confirm Your choice.
