PEPPOL BIS (Business Interoperability Specification) Billing 3.0 is het factuur-/creditnotaprofiel dat via PEPPOL wordt uitgewisseld. Het implementeert het semantische model van EN 16931 in UBL-syntaxis.
Het is het standaardformaat dat Eurobillr uitstuurt voor Belgische, Nederlandse en Luxemburgse B2B, en de EU-basislijn elders.
