PEPPOL BIS (Business Interoperability Specification) Billing 3.0 is the invoice/credit-note profile exchanged over PEPPOL. It implements the EN 16931 semantic model in UBL syntax.
It is the default format Eurobillr emits for Belgian, Dutch and Luxembourg B2B, and the EU baseline elsewhere.
