E-invoicing guides
E-invoicing across Europe, one country at a time
What changes, when, and how Eurobillr keeps you compliant — from the Belgian 2026 PEPPOL mandate to German XRechnung and Italian SDI.
Belgium
BE
Belgium makes structured e-invoicing over PEPPOL mandatory for B2B from 1 January 2026 — Eurobillr is a registered PEPPOL access point ready for the deadline.
Netherlands
NL
The Netherlands runs on PEPPOL via the Simplerinvoicing initiative — mandatory for central government and broadly adopted in B2B. Eurobillr ships every Dutch invoice as PEPPOL BIS by default.
Luxembourg
LU
Luxembourg requires PEPPOL e-invoicing for all public-sector suppliers. Eurobillr ships Luxembourg invoices over PEPPOL out of the box.
Germany
DE
Germany phased in B2B e-invoicing from 2025: every German business must already be able to receive a structured invoice today, with issuing obligations rolling out through 2028. Eurobillr emits XRechnung 3.0 and handles the Leitweg-ID for B2G.
France
FR
France's revised reform makes e-invoice receipt mandatory for every business from September 2026, with issuing rolling out through 2027. Chorus Pro has been the B2G channel since 2017 — Eurobillr already delivers via PISTE.
Italy
IT
Italy was the first EU country to mandate e-invoicing for all B2B and B2G. Every invoice — domestic and cross-border — must pass through SDI in FatturaPA format. Eurobillr emits FatturaPA and routes by Codice Destinatario or PEC.
