Public-sector mandate
Since 18 March 2023, every supplier to a Luxembourg public body must invoice via PEPPOL — first for large companies, then medium, then small. PDFs sent to the buyer's email are no longer accepted for B2G.
B2B remains optional but the network is in place — many Luxembourg businesses are already PEPPOL-registered.
