Reporting an incident. If something looks off and isn't reflected here, email status@eurobillr.com with the affected workspace and a timestamp. We acknowledge production incidents within 30 minutes during business hours.
Scheduled maintenance. We announce scheduled maintenance at least 48 hours in advance from this page and by email to workspace owners.
External dependencies. We rely on the OpenPeppol network, Italian SDI, German ZRE/OZG-RE, French PISTE, Stripe, and AWS. Their own status pages are linked from each component above when an upstream incident is detected.
