Pro-forma invoice

A pro-forma invoice looks like an invoice but has no accounting value — it is used to quote a price, request prepayment or for customs. It does not create a VAT liability and is not booked.

Once the deal is confirmed you issue a real invoice. Eurobillr supports pro-forma documents and converts them to final invoices.
