Is it legally binding?
Yes — for ordinary commercial documents. Under the EU eIDAS regulation, an electronic signature may not be denied legal effect merely because it is electronic. What makes it defensible is the evidence: who was invited, who consented, who signed, when and from where — and proof the document never changed afterwards. Eurobillr records all of it.
Eurobillr provides simple/standard electronic signatures (SES) — the level that fits freelance contracts, NDAs and quotes. A narrow set of acts (e.g. some notarial or real-estate documents) legally requires a Qualified signature with identity verification, which no invoicing tool honestly provides.

No. Signers receive a private, single-purpose link by email and sign from any device — phone included. No registration, no app.
How many documents can I send for free?
The free plan includes 2 envelopes per month (an envelope can contain several documents and several signers). Paid plans raise the allowance up to unlimited.
What do the signers receive at the end?
Every participant is automatically emailed the sealed result: each signed PDF plus a Certificate of Completion recording who signed, when and from which IP, with a SHA-256 fingerprint to verify integrity.
Can I cancel a document after it was signed?
Yes. Voiding requires a reason, notifies every participant, and re-issues the file with a visible VOID watermark on every page so no stale copy keeps circulating.
