How to get paid faster with QR codes and online payments

Two settings make your invoices easier to pay: a SEPA QR code and an online pay-now link.

1. Add your IBAN

In Settings → Payment, enter your IBAN. Eurobillr then prints an EPC QR code on every euro invoice. Your client scans it with their banking app and the transfer is pre-filled — beneficiary, amount and structured reference — so there are no typing errors.

2. Connect a payment provider (optional)

In Settings → Payment gateways, connect Stripe, Mollie or PayPal. Eurobillr adds a Pay now button and link to the invoice, so clients can pay by card or local methods immediately.

3. Use a structured reference

Eurobillr can generate a structured communication (OGM/VCS in Belgium) per invoice. Incoming payments that quote it are matched to the invoice automatically, so reconciliation is hands-off.

4. Turn on reminders

Enable automatic reminders so overdue invoices are chased for you on a schedule you choose — polite, on time, and without you having to remember.

For recurring clients, combine a pay-now link with recurring invoices so each cycle is one tap to settle.
