5 questionsPEPPOL is the EU-standardised network for exchanging electronic invoices between businesses and governments. Since January 1, 2026, B2B e-invoicing via PEPPOL is mandatory for all VAT-registered companies in Belgium. Eurobillr is PEPPOL-certified — registration takes under 2 minutes and all compliance is handled automatically.

Your PEPPOL ID is a unique identifier on the global PEPPOL network. It allows other connected businesses and government entities to find you and exchange invoices electronically. Eurobillr generates and manages your PEPPOL ID automatically when you register.
Yes. The Small Company (€39.90/mo) and Growing Company (€45.90/mo) plans include full PEPPOL B2B and B2G support, enabling you to trade with government entities and public bodies. The Starter and Freelancer plans offer limited PEPPOL access.
The PEPPOL network covers 38+ countries. Eurobillr is connected to the full global network, meaning you can exchange invoices with any PEPPOL-registered entity worldwide — businesses, governments, and public bodies.
Invoicing & payments

Set a due date (14, 30, or 60 days) when sending an invoice. Eurobillr sends a polite pre-due reminder 3–7 days before the deadline, then a professional overdue follow-up with a direct payment link if the invoice remains unpaid. The invoice is marked paid automatically when payment clears — and you're notified instantly.
Yes. Multi-currency invoicing is available on all plans, including the Free plan.

Tax & accounting
5 questionsYes. Eurobillr pre-fills your quarterly VAT declaration and annual income tax report automatically from your real invoices and expenses. You review the figures, confirm, and submit directly to the Belgian tax authority (FOD). Full reports are also downloadable in PDF or Excel format for your accountant.
All Belgian VAT rates are supported: 21%, 12%, 6%, and 0%, applied automatically per invoice line. VAT due and VAT recoverable are calculated in real time on your dashboard.
Yes. The annual VAT client listing (klantenlisting) is generated automatically. The EU intra-community sales listing (IC listing) for cross-border B2B work is also handled automatically.
Yes. Eurobillr calculates your taxable profit (revenue minus deductible expenses) and applies Belgian progressive income tax brackets in real time throughout the year. It also schedules quarterly prepayment (voorafbetaling) reminders so you're never caught off guard at declaration time.
