Download Your Expenses by Quarter in Belgium: Reports, Receipts and CSV Export

At the end of each quarter, Belgian freelancers need to reconcile their expenses for the VAT return and stay on top of deductible costs for income tax. Eurobillr lets you download a complete expense package per quarter — PDF reports, individual receipts, CSV data, and a full accountant-ready export — in one click.

Quarterly Expense Report (PDF)

Eurobillr generates a formatted PDF expense report for any selected period — typically Q1, Q2, Q3, or Q4. The report includes:

  • All expenses in the period, sorted by date
  • Vendor name, expense category, amount excl. VAT, VAT amount, total incl. VAT
  • Subtotals by category (software, travel, office, etc.)
  • Period total: total expenses, total recoverable VAT, net deductible amount
  • Comparison with the previous quarter

This PDF can be shared directly with your accountant or kept for your own records.

Download All Receipt Documents

For each expense, Eurobillr stores the original receipt or invoice document — whether it was scanned via OCR, received via PEPPOL, or uploaded manually. You can download:

  • All receipts for a selected quarter as a single ZIP file
  • Individual documents per expense
  • Original PEPPOL XML files for incoming supplier invoices

This gives your accountant access to every source document they need for verification — without chasing you for individual receipts.

CSV Export for Spreadsheet Analysis

For accountants or businesses that prefer to work in Excel or Google Sheets, Eurobillr exports all expense data as a CSV file. The CSV includes all fields:

  • Date, vendor, category, description
  • Amount excl. VAT, VAT rate, VAT amount, total incl. VAT
  • Payment method, reference number
  • Deductibility percentage (for partial expenses like car or phone)
  • Net deductible amount after applying the deductibility percentage
  • PEPPOL reference (for expenses received via PEPPOL)

The CSV is formatted for direct import into standard accounting software.
